Our primary focus is on empowerment and helping our clients maintain and improve their independence and autonomy over their care, careers, and quality of life.

 Our team also provides culturally specific services to make sure that clients from a diverse range of cultural and ethnic backgrounds have access to the information, home care, and community resources they need to live lives of independent dignity.

How We Work

  • The first step in our process is a detailed intake. We want to make sure we fully understand all of your wants and needs. We want to make sure we understand any specific cultural care preferences. During the intake process we talk to you and your family about your goals and how we can best help you maintain your independence while also making sure you have immediate access to the care you need.

  • Once we understand what services you need we present you with a care plan. After we have agreed on a care plan we match you with the best team members for your situation and get to work.

  • We value open communication and regularly check in with you to make sure you are getting the care you need and answer and questions or concerns that you may have.
